I did encounter a rather disruptive experience when the staff began urging us to leave by 11 PM, which dampened the otherwise welcoming atmosphere. Though the design showcased a seamless blend of historical elements and contemporary comforts, the service left room for improvement. As an architect fascinated by Germany's architectural contrasts, I appreciated the aesthetic but found that warm hospitality is equally crucial. While the facilities offered a worthwhile experience, a touch more friendliness would elevate the stay.
